Last month, the Internet Explorer's market share has fallen again as Firefox, Opera and Chrome all have reported increases in solids. Data from Net Applications refer to a 63.6% share in November, the lowest in history, 1% compared to October. This is the third consecutive month in which the browser Microsoft has lost at least one percentage point, last year IE lost 8%. Internet Explorer 8, the latest version of the product, has counted for the month for 22.1% of all browsers used (also including the compatibility mode), second calculations of the company. Over the past three months IE6 has lost 3.2%, 4.2%, while IE7 IE8 has gained 4.2%. This left the door open to rivals like Firefox, Opera and Chrome. In detail
Firefox in November rose by 0.7% to 24.7%. The use of Chrome on the other hand increased by 0.4% and 0.1% for Opera's end compared to 3.9% and 2.3%. All three have established their record.
Firefox has therefore approached the monthly goal of 25%, which may exceed in December, while Google's browser has reached Apple's Safari, which has lost market share for the first time since April. Should maintain the trend of the last three Chrome months exceed Safari in January 2010 on the podium.
