Lucio Romanelli is a flag for Angola, having spent his entire career with our team of onset in 1962 until his premature ritito to 30 years in 1977. Just 25 years had already played 300 games with Angola taking into account last year on loan at Sulmona where he served in the military. It was a wing in promoting classical and realized many goals including the two most important were scored in the tiebreaker with the Francavilla in 1967-68 which earned salvation. The following season was decisive in the play-offs against Teramo where he was placed by Di Santo in marking the dangerous Valbruna, after the expulsion of Barra, in the second leg and won the corner kick which he himself fought for the winning shot of Charles I that earned vitttoria and the historical promotion to Serie D. In 1969-70 the first year of D series scored a goal but only a few important minutes to go against Tricase at the end of the season when he filled in the fight to avoid relegation. Versolato recalls that were the precise services Lucio to make him realize the goals of head that earned him several decisive victories for nerazzuri. Also confirmed in 1970-71 he played only the first three games being called in the army and intended to Sulmona. He was given on loan to contribute to the return of Sulmona peligni in series D. All'Angolana returned in 1971-72 and was with Del Boccio and Graziani and young people among the few that were left in Città S. Angelo by President Petruzzi moved in that season almost all the staff at Lancaster Inter. In this league Romanelli on the second day against Manfredonia scored directly from a corner. In other games it was used by midfielder leaving the number 11 shirt for the emerging Gravante. The following season he was employed by midfielder in the game against Pescara on the Adriatic, which marks the filmmaker biancazzurri Mazzeo drying up as the game of Pescara. In later sampling cut out always a discrete space by providing training in its tactical flexibility. He decided to retire in 1977 after 30 years in the promotion relegation as he himself admits to lack of stimulation. Lucio is back for a few years to assist with attendance at its matches in the Angola and also thanks to him who lent me his precious scrapbook, full of photos and articles about our team, I managed to create this blog.
